CASP Subject Matter Experts
SMEs serve an important role for CASP in the development of the Organizational Standards Project. An SME provides insight and guidance on the content for each of the domains covered within the Standards. They have proficiency in their area of interest and are able to work collaboratively with others to develop consensus.
To participate as a CASP SME, individuals must agree to adhere to deadlines and dates set forth by the steering committee. In addition, they must agree to follow a strict confidentiality agreement (to be signed upon acceptance as an SME).
Types of SME contribution:
Content Writer: Under the guidance of the steering committee, and based upon best practices, content writers are responsible for developing the standards and guidelines to be included in the chapters.
Content Reviewer: Under the guidance of the steering committee, and based upon best practices, content reviewers are responsible for reading and providing feedback on the information included in the chapter drafts.
To be considered as an SME, individuals must submit an application using the link below. The application will be reviewed by the steering committee and individuals will be selected based on background, demonstrated experience, and need.
