By submitting an application to the CASP Business Affiliate program, I attest that all of the following are true and accurate:

1. I have the authority to represent my company in this application process.
2. If approved as a CASP Business Affiliate, the applicant's company and its representatives will support and promote the mission and values of CASP.
3. If approved as a CASP Business Affiliate, the applicant's company and its representatives will not make public representations on behalf of CASP.
4. If approved as a CASP Business Affiliate, the applicant's company and its representatives will abide by the terms of the CASP Business Affiliate logo usage policy.
