Behavioral Crisis Prevention and Management Training
QBS, short for Quality Behavioral Solutions, trains organizations that support individuals who may exhibit behavioral challenges. Through Safety-Care®, we provide evidence-based incident prevention and management training to help staff provide humane, person-centered interventions that replace challenging behavior with safer and more collaborative behavior. Our training improves safety for staff and the individuals they support while reducing the frequency and severity of dangerous incidents.
Training is provided by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts and modules can be tailored to the unique needs of each organization, ensuring the curriculum is practical and applicable. Safety-Care® was designed to follow best practices in ABA and PBIS and our curriculum is regularly updated to reflect the latest scientific research and regulatory changes.
