In response to a recent thread on the All-CASP listserv regarding BCBA caseloads and expectations, T.J. Couey (Director of Operations and Owner of Bloom Behavior Therapy, LLC) has offered to lead a member-only discussion of a 'caseload complexity' system he and his team have developed. The system measures BCBA caseloads based on several different factors that are specific to each of the clients they serve.
Bloom implemented this about a year ago and T.J. feels that it has made a tremendous positive impact on balancing caseloads for their staff.
