Understanding Trends in PAGA Matters within the Industry
Using the New PAGA Amendments To Protect Your Company
Zoom
Event Details
Abstract
Fisher Phillips partners Matthew Korn and Tyler Rasmussen will present on the California Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”) and its most recent amendments.
Matthew and Tyler will discuss litigation trends seen within the industry in a recent slew of PAGA litigation, as well as best practices and procedures that providers can implement to make themselves less attractive to plaintiff’s attorneys and provide a solid defense should a PAGA suit occur.
Our presenters will also discuss recent PAGA amendments, explain how they have changed the California representative litigation landscape, and showcase how providers can take both proactive and reactive steps to drive down the valuation of PAGA matters should one be filed.
If you have more than one employee in California, you don’t want to miss this webinar!
