Jessica R. Bailey, M.S., BCBA
Jessica R. Bailey, M.S., BCBA, has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 1997. In 2011, she earned her master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA from CSU Stanislaus. During her career, she has worked in many capacities, both clinical and administrative. Her current role as the Clinical Informatics Analyst (CIA) for Therapeutic Pathways, Inc. has led to a unique set of skills combining her knowledge of technology and clinical practice. Jessica harvests information from large data sets and diverse technology platforms to deliver digestible analytics that are used daily to inform organizational decisions, assess performance, and establish long-term strategic goals. As the CIA, Jessica also works with teams at each level of the organization to develop workflows and information systems that optimize efficiency and outcomes. She stays abreast of best practices in medical administration to ensure the organization meets regulatory standards and consistently delivers quality services. While passionate about data analytics, one of the most rewarding opportunities of her career has been to support and mentor young adults with ASD who are preparing to enter the workforce.
